What Does a Solar Return Consultation Involve?
A Solar Return Consultation is a session of approximately ninety minutes during which we interpret the energetic influences of the Sky and the Earth that will accompany the new cycle beginning on your birthday.
Each year, a new Solar Return chart is created. While your Natal Chart remains the foundation of our work, this new chart reveals the energies, opportunities, challenges, and lessons that will be especially active throughout the twelve months ahead.
During the consultation, we look at the path you have travelled so far, recognising how previous cycles have contributed to shaping your present reality. At the same time, we become aware of the present moment and the possibilities that unfold as your new personal year begins.
A Solar Return is not simply about talking about destiny. It invites us to participate consciously in our own lives. One of the unique aspects of this work is that the place where we celebrate our birthday influences the configuration of the annual chart.
For this reason, we explore different locations to find the one that best supports the goals, needs, and personal processes you wish to develop during the year ahead. From this perspective, we can exercise our free will and consciously choose the energies we wish to strengthen.
For example, if someone celebrates their birthday in a particular city, certain planets may be positioned in specific astrological houses. However, if that same birthday is celebrated in another city, those positions may change. Each location offers different nuances and possibilities that can support different areas of life.
During the session, we explore these options together and consider which configuration is best suited to the stage of life you are currently experiencing and to what you wish to cultivate in your coming year.
For this reason, I recommend scheduling the consultation one to two months before your birthday. This gives us enough time to plan where and how you would like to experience the exact moment of your Solar Return in a conscious way.
